Booking Terms
Effective Date: May 15, 2026
1. BOOKING VALIDITY
Bookings become valid only after required payments are received, availability is reconfirmed, and official confirmation is issued by Zelenso Travel.
2. DEPOSITS
Deposits may be required immediately to secure hotels, vehicles, tour guides, and luxury properties. Failure to pay deposits may result in automatic release of reservations.
3. RATE ACCURACY
Although every effort is made to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. Zelenso Travel reserves the right to correct errors without liability.
4. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests such as early check-ins, specific room views, or dietary preferences remain subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed explicitly.
