These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, communications, products, and travel services provided by Zelenso Travel. By accessing our website, requesting services, or making bookings, users agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICE NATURE

Zelenso Travel operates as a travel agency, tour organizer, tourism facilitator, and destination management company. We coordinate:

Hotel and villa reservations
Transportation and chauffeur services
Tour guides and excursions
Domestic flights and adventure activities
Safari and cultural experiences

Many services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

2. BOOKING ACCEPTANCE

Bookings are confirmed only when required payments are received, availability is confirmed, and written confirmation is issued. Zelenso Travel reserves the right to:

Refuse bookings or reject travelers
Modify itineraries or decline services
Cancel reservations for operational, safety, or legal reasons

3. PRICING AND RATE FLUCTUATIONS

Prices may change due to seasonal demand, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes. The company reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Structure

Travelers may be required to make initial deposits, partial advance payments, or full prepayments depending on the tour category, travel season, and supplier requirements.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

Deposits are required to secure hotel reservations, luxury villas, domestic flights, and seasonal inventory. Failure to pay deposits may result in automatic cancellation or rate changes.

4.3 Final Payment Deadlines

Full payment is generally required prior to tour commencement or arrival in Sri Lanka. Zelenso Travel reserves the right to withhold services for unpaid balances.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

Payments may be processed in USD, LKR, EUR, or GBP. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the traveler.

4.5 & 4.6 Methods and Charges

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and approved digital gateways. Travelers are responsible for all banking fees and transaction charges.

4.8 Chargebacks

Travelers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. We reserve the right to recover administrative and legal costs for such disputes.

5. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

Travelers are solely responsible for:

Passport validity and Visa requirements
Immigration and Health documentation
Travel insurance and Medical preparedness
Compliance with local laws and regulations

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain activities. Zelenso Travel does not provide insurance directly.

7. ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to change routes, replace accommodations, or modify activities due to weather, safety, or operational conditions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zelenso Travel shall not be liable for flight disruptions, political unrest, natural disasters, injury, or third-party negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We bear no responsibility for disruptions caused by pandemics, terrorism, civil unrest, or acts of God. No automatic refund arises from such circumstances.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
