Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility relating to services provided or arranged by Zelenso Travel.
1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES
Refund eligibility depends on supplier terms, booking conditions, seasonal demand, cancellation timing, and operational costs. All refunds remain subject to management approval.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
The following may be non-refundable partially or fully:
- Initial deposits
- Customized itineraries
- Luxury and villa reservations
- Peak season bookings
- Promotional packages
- Last-minute reservations
- Administrative charges
- Visa-related support services
- Supplier advance commitments
3. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER DEDUCTIONS
Independent cancellation penalties from hotels, transport providers, and activity operators shall be deducted before any refund calculations.
4. PROCESSING FEES
Banking charges, currency conversion costs, payment gateway fees, and administrative expenses are non-refundable.
5. REFUND PROCESSING PERIOD
Approved refunds may require between 14 and 60 business days depending on banking systems and international transfers.
6. NO REFUND SITUATIONS
No refunds shall apply for:
- No-shows or missed departures
- Unused services or voluntary itinerary reductions
- Traveler negligence or immigration/visa issues
- Flight disruptions outside company control
- Force majeure events
