Cancellation penalties vary depending on the booking category, travel season, supplier terms, and notice period. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Peak season reservations carry stricter cancellation conditions, including higher penalties and potentially non-refundable arrangements.
3. COMPANY CANCELLATIONS
Zelenso Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to operational constraints, safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure. Reasonable alternatives will be offered where feasible.
4. UNUSED SERVICES
Unused accommodation, transport, meals, activities, or excursions are generally non-refundable.
