The Tailor-Made Tour is the conversation before the package.
It is for travelers whose needs don't fit any existing template. The couple who want to combine a honeymoon with a Maldives extension and a Cultural Triangle section and three specific hotels they've already identified. The solo traveler who wants fourteen days, a private chef, two nights at Ceylon Tea Trails, and no more than two hours of driving on any given day. The family of seven with three children under ten, a grandmother with mobility considerations, two vegetarians, one who wants to surf, and a fixed budget.

How Tailor-Made Works at Zelenso
The Conversation (30 min, free)
Your Zelenso specialist schedules a call — phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or email. The conversation covers: your travel dates, your group composition, your interests, your non-negotiables, and your approximate budget. From this conversation, a first draft itinerary is produced within 48 hours.
The First Draft (48 hours)
A day-by-day framework with proposed destinations and sequence, recommended hotels at your preferred grade, key activities, estimated driving times, seasonal notes, and a rough all-in price range per person. It is a framework, not a contract. Everything is adjustable.
Iteration (unlimited rounds)
Swap hotels, add or remove destinations, adjust the pace, replace experiences, adjust the budget. There is no limit to the number of iterations. The itinerary is finalised when you are satisfied — not when the specialist has run out of patience.
Confirmation & Booking
20% deposit secures all bookings. All hotels, activities, and experiences are reserved. The dedicated chauffeur-guide is assigned. A pre-departure document is sent covering confirmed itinerary, all hotel details, packing guidance, health and visa info, and your guide's direct WhatsApp number. Balance due 60 days before departure.
The Journey
Your dedicated guide meets you at the airport. The itinerary is live. Your guide's WhatsApp number is your direct line for the duration. Any changes on the road are handled by your guide without you needing to contact Zelenso's office. You travel. We handle everything else.
